A graduate of Washington high school has completed military training in the Army National Guard. Private Sean Soper finished basic combat training at Oklahoma’s Fort Still. The army mission, first aide, rifle marksmanship, weapons use, map reading and land navigation were among the areas studied by Soper during the nine week session. Soper is the son of Sharlen and Jeffery Soper of Washington. He graduated high school in 2009.
