Former IMS Principal To Speak at Commencement

A former Iowa Mennonite School Principal is addressing the graduating seniors at their commencement Sunday. Wilber Yoder, who was a 1962 grad of IMS, is speaking in the school’s gymnasium with his speech titled “Graduating with a Limp.” Yoder was a teacher, coach, guidance counselor, boarding student director, and principal at the school from 1973 to 2007, with the last 18 years in the chief administrative role. Commencement exercises will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the IMS high school gymnasium on Sunday.
