The Lieutenant Governor is visiting several area communities this week to highlight Iowa’s voluntary preschool program and the I-JOBS initiative. Patty Judge is scheduled to visit Washington’s Stewart Elementary School this morning at 11:15. Judge is also scheduled to visit Hawthorne Elementary in Keokuk and Tri-County Elementary in Thornburg. On Wednesday she’ll be take part in a groundbreaking for a flood recovery project in Cedar Rapids. Part of the funding came from the I-Jobs initiative.
