The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks got a conference doubleheader sweep over West Liberty as both games went five innings. In the first game Cody Bontrager went 4 for 5 with a homer. He also started the game on the hill and threw a two hitter. Also in that first game Benji Gingerich, Keaton Redlinger, and Alan Ouverson each went 2 for 4. Mid-Prairie won the first 13-3.

In game two, Mid-Prairie won 12-0. Bontrager went 3 for 3 with a couple of home runs, Dylan Wertz had two doubles. Alan Ouverson went 2 for 2 with a homer and pitched five innings giving up two hits and struck out nine. Mid-Prairie is now 8-4 and 8-1 in the conference.
