Burial for 93 year old Katherine Rogness will be at a later date at Hills of Rest Memorial Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  A memorial has been established to Camp Courageous.

Memorial Services for 47 year old Georgia “Gigi” Riley of Lone Tree is Tuesday (6/29) at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree.  Visitation is Tuesday (6/29) from 4 to 7pm at the Funeral Home.  Scattering of remains will be held at a later date.

Iowa’s Wet Weather Has Biggest Impact on SE Iowa Farmers

Iowa’s Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey says this month’s heavy rainfall is the “most detrimental in southern and southeastern Iowa”, and he expects several counties in the Washington area will receive federal disaster relief funding once a survey of crop losses is completed.
