Tomorrow, the Washington County Board of Supervisors will vote to approve a proclamation that would make Washington County the official “Barn Quilt Capitol” of Iowa.  Unlike typical quilts, barn quilts are painted on square blocks of wood and displayed near the top of a structure’s frame.
