On Monday, KCII reported 38 year old Ainsworth resident Robert Creamer was airlifted to University Hospital in Iowa City after authorities received a call late Sunday night that a man had been stabbed in the parking lot of Ainsworth’s elementary school. Washington County Sheriff Jerry Dunbar says University Hospital has since released Creamer, and the Sheriff’s Department has received the medical report of the attack.  Dunbar says a car belonging to persons of interest in the case remains in police custody, and authorities are searching for possible witnesses.
