Wapello Police have made an arrest in connection with a burglary in Wapello. Earlier this month, Superior Tooling in Wapello reported firearms stolen. The weapons have since been recovered. 18 year old Dakota Upshaw of Fruitland has been arrested in connection with the July 6th incident. Upshaw is charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Theft in the 2nd Degree and is being held on a 30 thousand dollar bond at the Louisa County Jail. Wapello Police says the investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.
