Free Gardening Advice From Keokuk County

A service from Keokuk County is offering area residents free advice and tips for gardening.  The Keokuk County “Master Gardeners” are available for questions about lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and gardens.  Regional ISU Extension Director Gene Mohling says the gardening experts have taken the Extension’s Master Gardening Training and have knowledge, skill, and community spirit that separates them from other gardeners.  Questions to Keokuk County Master Gardeners can be emailed to  Photo attachments are welcome.  A similar program is scheduled to begin in Washington County this fall.
