A Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk has been selected to play in the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Series. The series consists of four teams. Golden Hawks pitcher Aaron Smit will pitch for the Small Schools East squad. The other teams are Small Schools West, Large Schools East, and Large Schools West. The series will be played in Cedar Rapids this year and be held next week. Smit is headed to the University of Iowa where he’ll play baseball.
