Two Washington County 4-H members have received $2,000 scholarships from The Hills Bank and Trust Company. Tara Gent plans to use her scholarship while majoring in advertising at Drake University, and is the daughter of Kevin and Linda Gent of Wellman.  Jordan Vittetoe is the son of Jerry and Deb Vittetoe of Washington and will use his scholarship to attend Iowa State University to major in agricultural business.  The Hills Bank Leadership Grant is awarded to as many as 20 students each year who apply as juniors and attend nine hours of leadership training during their senior year.  The scholarship can only be used at accredited Iowa colleges and universities.
