Cedar Rapids Kernels Baseball is hosting “Washington Day” tomorrow at 6:35pm. YMCA Program Director Fran Stigers says ticket fees for all of Washington’s 400 tea-ball, baseball, and softball players will be paid by local sponsorships.  Players will wear their uniforms to the event, and games are scheduled on the field between innings.  If you’d like to purchase an $8 ticket to the Kernels baseball game, call the Washington YMCA at 653-2141.
