This morning Washington County 4-H group “Bows and Bullets” is holding its second annual Family Youth Day Shoot at Highland Hideaway Hunting in Riverside. Many items will be raffled off to support youth members, including a Henry Lever Youth .22 rifle and Youth Remington 870 Pump Shotgun. The public will also have the chance to shoot targets with muzzle loading rifles, shotguns and bows. Joel Van Zantee helped organize the event. He says proceeds help keep dues low for young shooters participating in Washington County 4-H’s “Bows and Bullets”. Family Youth Day Shoot is this morning from 9 to 3 pm at Highland Hideaway Hunting in Riverside.
