The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has announced softball all-state teams and the Demons had two make it and two receive honorable mention. In Class 3A, Demon center fielder Lucy Libe was selected second team all-state. Demon pitcher Greta Smeins made third team. Shortstop Caitlin Fishback and freshman second baseman Maddie Bohr received honorable mention. Other girls in the conference making all-state include, Fort Madison’s Morgan Louck and Keokuk’s Hannah Washburn made first team. Fort Madison’s Marissa Basham and Keokuk’s Autumn Bowen made second team. Fort Madison’s Brianna Hull made third team.

In Class 2A, Mid-Priaire freshman Olivia Lugar was selected second team as a utility player.

There weren’t any area girls that were selected from the 1A schools.
