A Brighton man has been arrested in connection with a police seizure of four guns this week. The Washington County Public Safety Center reports police arrested 63 year old Ralph Leroy Osbourne, Jr., Tuesday morning for “possession of a firearm by a felon” after law enforcement officials confiscated four guns from his Brighton residence on Monday.  No other details are available at this time, and KCII will bring you more information on the arrest as it becomes official.
