Funds are now available for Washington County conservation practices damaged by storms and also through new REAP projects. The REAP program funds permanent practices with individual landowners such as farmstead and field windbreaks, timber stand improvements, tree plantings and site preparations for natural regeneration.  Both funding options can be obtained by calling the Washington Soil and Water Conservation District at 653.6654.
