A Washington Demon has been selected first team all-state on one Iowa sports site’s list. The Iowa Sports Connection website puts out a list separate from the Iowa Girls Coaches Association. On the Iowa Sports Connection’s 3A All-State Softball Team the Demons’ Lucy Libe was selected first team as a utility player. Keokuk’s Hannah Washburn was also first team and Fort Madison’s Morgan Louck and Brianna Hull were selected second team. In Class 2A, Sigourney’s Tori Albaugh was selected as an infielder.
