Update: Flooding Causes Road Closures In Washington

|Flood Waters Surged South Into Sunset Park This Morning, But Waters Have Now Receded Into A Field On The North Side Of West Main Street.

Nearly three inches of rain has fallen in the last 24 hours in Washington, flooding several roads. A spokesman for the Washington County Public Safety Center reported four Washington locations that had been closed due to flooding this morning. Currently, all flooding has receded and all roads have been reopened. If you see flooding roadways, call the Washington County Public Safety Center at 653.2107.
