The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Rural Development has awarded a $2.5 million dollar grant and $1.3 million dollar loan to create construction and waste water systems in Ollie, Richmond and Rubio. The project is headed by the area Regional Utility Service Systems Commission.  The Water and Waste Disposal Program provides funding to rural areas and towns with populations of less than 10,000 people.
