Funeral services for 75 year old Maxine Joy McSorley of Winfield will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, Aug. 13 at the Kimzey Funeral Home. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery in Wapello. Friends can call the funeral home from noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12 . The family will be present to receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Thursday evening.

News Update: Hwy 1 Re-opens

The Iowa Department of Transportation reported earlier this afternoon a single-vehicle crash closed Hwy 1 approximately one mile north of Kalona.  The highway has now been reopened.  KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
