Traffic Changes At Washington’s Junior High School

School begins Monday in Washington, and the city’s Junior High has changed how parents can drop off their children. Junior High Principal Curt Mayer says new traffic signs have been erected at the schools entrance, creating a new one-way traffic flow and parking plan.  All traffic will enter the north entrance off of South Avenue B and exit through the south entrance back onto South Avenue B.  Only buses will be allowed to use the circle drive before and after school for student drop off.  Parents are asked to drop off students in front of the building towards the south end before and after school.  For more information, contact the Washington Junior High School at 653.5414.
