Planned Parenthood’s five southeast Iowa clinics report increased use during the last year, including one clinic in Washington. Planned Parenthood of Southeast Iowa spokeswoman Holly Gutman says increased funding from the state’s Family Planning Network and other grants have allowed clinics to provide more service to those in need.  Gutman says Washington’s Planned Parenthood Clinic provides health screenings, birth control, STI testing, condoms and other services for free or reduced rates, even if you have insurance.  For more information, contact a clinic in your area.
