The Washington Demons have their Sports Drink Scrimmage tonight. They’ll be introducing all of the fall athletes as part of the event and the football team will scrimmage. Demon Head Coach Randy Shrader says it’ll be scripted out with varsity running 12 plays, freshman will run 10 to 12 plays, then varsity will run another 10 plays, the freshmen will get another 8 plays and varsity will finish with 10 plays. Shrader says it’ll be a pretty big night because it’ll be the first time they’ll go at full speed. The Sports Drink Scrimmage starts tonight at 6:30 just bring a sports drink to get in.

After tonight’s football scrimmage the cheerleaders will be putting on an auction to raise money to allow them to go to the Alamo Bowl and perform. The Demon squad was selected for the opportunity and needs to raise money to go. They are doing a number of fund raisers. Tonight cheerleaders and football players will be auctioned of to commit a couple hours to work such as some chores.
