WACO Elementary in Crawfordsville is presenting Country Music Artist Jake McVey for a Playground Fundraiser. Waco Elementary School Principal Vicki Reynolds says they have been fundraising to pay for the new playground. Reynolds says asking McVey, who is from the area was one of their ideas. Reynolds says they were lucky that the dates worked out for him to be able to come.
Reynolds says McVey will play about a two hour set as well as sign autographs at the concert. The Concert/Fundraiser is set for Sunday September 26th starting at 5pm at the back of the playground. Reynolds says supper will be served and the cost is only a free will donation.
