Tonight the Demons head up to Tiffin to take on the Clear Creek Amana Clippers. The Clippers are 1-1 in the district with a win over South Tama and a loss last week to Solon. The Demons are looking for their first district win after losses to Grinnel in week three and last week Benton Community. Demon Head Coach Randy Shrader says this is a huge game in their district picture and he feels after their loss to Benton Community, they are probably an underdog in the district. He feels they need to get some respect back. Clear Creek Amana has a strong passing attack spreading the field out and quarterback Dylan Villhauer has already thrown for 1100 yards. Shrader says they’re not planning anything unusual to defend the Clipper passing game, he says you have to be careful not to change a lot up and try to do something that you can’t do. You’ll be able to hear the game on KCII, will be on the air at 7:00 with the Hyvee Pre-game Show and kick off is at 7:30.
