Week three of the high school football season still isn’t done for a few teams. Friday Highland went to Eldon to play Cardinal and they were postponed because of lightning. They rescheduled for last night, and they managed to get a half in. In the second half the lightning returned and Highland Head Coach Tony Johnson says now they will have to finish the second half on the Monday of week nine of the season. They’ll pick it up with Cardinal leading 10-7 in the second half. The Huskies scored their touchdown on a pass from Austin Arnold to Jesse Kleopfer.
