The Keokuk County Extension Council has created a 4-H endowment fund that will provide support for 4-H Youth says Gene Moling, Regional Extension Education Director in Keokuk County. Moling says the fund will help support 4-H youth by helping to pay for scholarships and trips.
Moling Says The fund is set aside so that anyone who wants to participate can. We often have activities that are fairly expensive so this helps underwrite some of those.
Moling says they never want a family turned away because of the financial cost of participating. You can give to the fund by contacting the Keokuk County Extension Staff at 641-622-2680 or emailing Shelly Koehn at skoehn@iastate.edu.
