The Mid-Prairie and Keota School District’s held their joint school board meeting on Monday. Superintendent Mark Schneider says the Mid Prairie School district accepted the September 14th election results. Schneider says he also brought the Mid-Prairie Board up to date with the High School Geo Thermal System, saying they were trying to make a final contract with the engineering firm that is designing the system. He says he also received permission from the board to look for a construction manager that had prior experience with geo thermal systems. Schneider says as a joint board they also discussed the possibility of going to Block Scheduling in the Keota School District, but no decision has yet been made.
