The Demon JV football team was able to get their game in here against Grinnell. The Tigers won a close one 22-20. Mitchell Hora had a one yard touchdown run, Jorday Kay had a six yard touchdown run, and Bubba Coker had an 80 yard punt return for touchdown. Defensively for Washington, Tanner Knupp had 15 tackles, Jordan Kay had 8 tackles. Mitchell Hora finished with 9-carries 39 yards and a touchdown, Maverick Goodwin 7-carries 60 yards. The Demon varsity will host Benton Community on Friday.
