Nearly two months after a report of possible child abuse, a Washington man has been charged with felony sexual abuse. The Washington Police Department reports 38 year old Raymond Labelle was charged last week with five counts of third degree sexual abuse, but declined to offer more details as the case is currently active.   Prevent Child Abuse Iowa says sexual abuse in the third degree is a class “C” felony that could involve a 12 to 15 year old child.  KCII will bring you more details as they become official.
