The Washington High School recently received $1,500 for new books from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation. Books purchased with Youth Literacy Grant were selected based on student input and are already available to students and staff.  The $1,500 grant was given based on an application by Washington High School English teacher Kerrie Willis.
