Shokai Sushi is coming to the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center for one night only, today from 3 – 8 p.m. Shokai, located in Burlington and is owned and operated by Nikhom and Kanda Sisomphane, formerly of Fairfield.  For the past three years Nikhom and Kanda have worked to develop their passion for what they call a, Midwest-style sushi.  This is the second time they are turning the Center into a sushi restaurant.   They will be featuring specialty rolls, house rolls, Nigiri, slice of fish on ball of rice, soups, salads, appetizers and beverages.  For more information contact the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center, 641-472-2000.
