The City of Washington Maintenance and Construction Department will begin Fire Hydrant flushing this week. Tomorrow they will start the flushing process that will last 7 to 10 days. During flushing residents may experience loss of water pressure, discoloration and rust. Any questions may be directed to the Maintenance and Construction Department at 653-2947.
