Iowa Archeology will be the topic of interest for the new Historical Society Free Program, “What’s Old is New Again: Recent Discoveries. Bryan Kendall of the Office of the State Archaeologist at the University of Iowa will be the speaker at 2 p.m. Tomorrow, at the Louisa County Heritage Center in Wapello. The Program will take a look at Archaeology in Iowa that stretches back more than 100 years with early explorations along the Mississippi River in eastern Iowa. Kendall will share some of the latest discoveries in Archeology in Iowa during the program.
