A Keota man has been sent to the hospital after loosing control of his vehicle and hitting a tree. Washington County 911 reports  at 6:30yesterday morning, Jason Michael Beatty was driving westbound near the 1300 block of Hoot Owl Hollow, southeast of Keota, when he “failed to maintain control” of his vehicle and struck a tree. Washington County Ambulance transported Beatty to University of Iowa Hospital. He condition is not known at this time. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
