The First Annual Mid Prairie Hawktober fest is Today. Mid-Prairie Superintendent, Mark Schnieder says the festival will become an annual celebration put on by the Mid-Prairie Foundation. Schnieder says people should come to help support the foundation in raising money for student scholarships. He says people should also come to help honor the new Wall of Fame Inductees. The festival will begin at 5:30pm with a dinner, an auction will begin at 6:30pm, and Wall of Fame Inductees at 7pm. Cost is $15 at the door. All Proceeds raised will benefit the Scholarship Fund of Mid-Prairie High School.
