Now is the time that many people start to look for their pumpkin for this year and visit a pumpkin farm, and Riverside Sass Family Farm has that and much more. Owner Maurice Sass says even with a bad year for pumpkins and having to ship more pumpkins in, family’s who visit should have plenty to do. Sass says if you do plan to visit the farm you should plan to dress for the weather. The farm has a produce stand, haunted barn, straw maze, corn jump, haunted trail, hay rack rides, petting zoo and of course pumpkins. And Sass says there is always something going on, with special activities on the weekends. The farm is open everyday from 11am to 7pm at 3060 160th St. in Riverside.
