A two car accident occurred in Washington yesterday afternoon at approximately 12:50 at 301 Highway 1 and 92 in front of Lending Hands Adult Day Services. At the scene of the accident, Washington Police Chief Greg Goodman told KCII a female driver had suffered minor injuries in the collision but was not transported to the hospital. An eyewitness said the female driver was attempting to pull into Lending Hands when she was hit by a Dodge Ram truck. Traffic was low immediately following the accident but quickly returned to normal speeds. KCII will bring you more details in the accident as they become official.
