Less than two months into the fall school year at least seven Washington Community School district students have been cited for crimes ranging from underage tobacco possession to disorderly conduct and serious assault. The Washington County Safety Center reports two elementary students are the latest to be charged.  An 11 year old male has been charged with disorderly conduct for an incident that took place earlier this month at Lincoln Elementary, and a 13 year old female faces a serious assault charge for an altercation that occurred at the Stewart Elementary Bus stop.  The Washington School Board recently delayed the vote to hire a school police officer for at least a year
