Today the Washington City Council will meet in regular session. Agenda items include the adoption of an ordinance that would remove stop signs on East Third Street and the first reading of an ordinance to amend speed zones on South Iowa Avenue.  The Council will then consider a new contract with LP Fuel and hold a closed meeting for property acquisition.  The Washington City Council meets at 6pm at 120 East Main Street on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
