On Friday night, children and parents were part of an event called “A Quest in Storyland.” The library turned into “Neverland” from Peter Pan, “Hogworts” from Harry Potter, “The Forest Kingdom of Tyto” from The Guardians, and “Narnia” from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Assistant Librarian Don Ruffenach (ruff-en-ock) said kids and their parents were able to interact with some of the characters from those books on a quest to find Tinkerbell. Ruffenach said that the event was set up in a way that if the children made a wrong choice in helping Tinkerbell, they would have a chance of doing the right thing in the end. The event was held in the Washington Public Library.
