Recently, the FFA held its 83rd Annual Convention in Indianapolis and awarded one local resident with their highest degree. Jeremy Vittetoe of Washington received the award based on a variety of factors. Less than one in 154 FFA members advance through their local chapter and state FFA programs to earn this national degree. Jeremy, the son of Jerry and Deb Vittetoe is currently a Junior at Iowa State University and is majoring in agricultural engineering and a minor in agronomy. He is a member of the Washington FFA Chapter.
