The high school football playoffs resume tonight. In 2A, 4th ranked Sigourney-Keota will host the Camanche Indians. The Indians have only two losses on the season their only district loss came to Iowa City Regina. S-K Head Coach Mark Shilb says looking at their opponent they have three guys who are threats in their rushing attack. Shilb says they run a lot with their fullback, tailback and wingback. The Cobras beat West Liberty 35-0 in the opening round and did that without leading rusher Andrew Utterback who has a sprained knee. Shilb says they will likely let Utterback go tonight and let him see how it feels. Camanche beat Davis County in their opening round game 22-12. It was the first football playoff win in school history for Camanche. The winner of tonight’s game will play the winner of Mediapolis and Regina. That would be played a week from tonight.
