Last night, the Washington City Council met in regular session and approved resolutions for banking activities and the annual state financial report. This includes utilities and payroll payments online through the Washington State Bank. The Council also had the first reading of an ordinance to amend the city code to have sidewalks built in any new development areas. Mayor Sandra Johnson is inviting the public to listen to the second reading of this ordinance at the next City Council meeting on Wednesday, December 15.  For the current amendments:
