The Columbus Community School Board reviewed the budget Monday night. Superintendent Rich Bridenstine says he likes to give the board an update on the budget three times a year. Monday nights focus was on what were the hard facts of last year, relooking at the budget this year and a little bit of forecasting into the future. He says their finances are in very good shape. He says even with the across the board cut from the legislature last year the district is healthy financially.
