Last week, we let you know about grants given by the Washington County Riverboat Foundation. One of those grants was awarded to the Washington County Secondary Roads Department. County Engineer David Patterson says the grant received is part of a larger total of about 12-million dollars in improvements. He says these funds will be used to improve about 125 miles of gravel roads next year. Patterson says these improvements will be to regrade the roadways and put on more of a durable surface but not a paved surface. For a list of all secondary road improvements,
