The Wellman City Council will be meeting in regular session tomorrow. Items on the agenda include a work session to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan, city health benefits, upgrading city financial software and nuisance abatement. The council will also be discussing resolutions to enter into revenue bond agreements for a natural gas and water system. They will also be discussing their participation in the Iowa Department of Transportation small town sign replacement program, and discuss and take action to purchase an upgraded city financial software program. The meeting is tomorrow at 5:30pm in the Wellman Municipal Building.
