The Washington County Board of Supervisors has started working on budgets for all county departments for fiscal year 2012.  The Washington County Compensation board has given the Supervisors a suggestion of a pay rate increase of 2.5%.  Board chair Jim Miksch says he would like to see only a 2% increase.  The final recommendation will be approved during their regular meeting on Tuesday.  The Board of Supervisors meet every Tuesday in the Washington County Courthouse.
