The cable network MTV visited Washington High School Wednesday. Washington High School Principal Erik Buchholz says staff from the MTV reality series MADE were conducting interviews with high school students. During the interviews, the students talked about goals they would like to achieve. Nate Johnson, the show’s producer says they chose Washington because many people in smaller towns don’t have access to the same things as those in bigger cities. Johnson says MADE is a program about making dreams come true. He says that with commitment, hard work and a little help from MTV, kids can carry out anything they set their minds to. Buchholz says the interviews that were conducted will then be sent to the show’s producers in New York City for review. He says if any of the students chosen, they will be followed for a six week time frame and will be given a chance to have their goals met.
