The Washington Demon boys basketball team got back in the winning track beating Tipton on the road Saturday. After a lopsided loss to Mount Pleasant on Friday, the Demons rebounded taking a sixteen point lead in at halftime and won 58-37. Demon Head Coach Bryce Smeins says he liked that the kids came out and played an up tempo game and attacked the basketball. Colton Covington led with 18 points, Collin Steele had 9 points and 6 rebounds, Jake Redlinger finished with 8, Anthony Ossman had 7, and Brock Kimball 6 rebounds. The Demons are now 4-6 with the win. They will play Iowa City Regina on Saturday.
